Three Lighthouses

Night.
Midday.
And Morning.  Three views of the same lighthouse, from our weekend trip to Colonia, Uruguay.  Easily the tallest building in the town, its impossible not to photograph.  Alex points this out to us in the final image.

Speaking of photographs, I just finished a new album of Buenos Aires, The Month of Great Epidemics.  Have a look and let me know what you like, what you love and what you might want to see more of.  Enjoy.

Natural Patterns Two

Continuing on about unintended patterns, these four images are from a recent day-trip to Colonia, Uruguay.  The village is quaint in that rundown colonial outpost kind of way and there are walls like this everywhere.  I think that loving neglect has its own aesthetic value.
